Every product offered on the market is digital in PDF format. Every time you purchase a product from our store, you immediately receive a download link in your mailbox. Alternatively, you can always log in to your account to access your orders and download them again.
What is your refund policy?
At Art Coloring Page, the resources you purchase are delivered electronically. Unlike a T-shirt or a book, you can’t (really) return a PDF, Word document or other file after it’s been downloaded or accessed. For this reason, all sales on our artcoloringpage.com site of digital resources are considered final and non-refundable.
We understand that things don’t always go as planned, so we may offer refunds in a few limited circumstances. If you have never downloaded or digitally accessed the resource, or if your purchase falls into one of the listed presiding exceptions, you may be eligible for a refund.
